So I have to stop playing Bioshock, for two reasons. 1.) I ran into a major progression bug where a splicer won't show up in hotel room 5. I tried reloading the save and starting again from the point of getting the camera. 2.) I'm not enjoying the game. I would rather watch a video of the story.

Trying to find the right words to describe how emotional today has been in light of more layoffs is difficult. My heart goes out to those affected, and know they will find footing again. These are talented wonderful people who deserve the world!

On season 9 of the Walking Dead, and man oh man what a show. Its honestly one of the most well written shows besides The Sparanos, The Blacklist, and Game of Thrones. While it has some filler moments and paces that are lackluster, it's a show that was ahead of its time in how it carried itself.

A while ago I gave myself a silly injury (poked/punched myself in the eye) which earned me a hospital bill of $600. I'm at the finish line of paying off and I'm SO DAMN HAPPY right now.

I feel like something that's sorely missing in games journalism is being ok with constructive critique. Just because I disagree with an article, or give you criticism on it, doesn't mean I'm attacking you personally. It means I care about your work, and want you to improve as a writer.

I don't ever blast usernames, however, I want to make you all aware of the usernames some people choose. Seeing this made me genuinely uncomfortable. "But Arielle, why not just leave the game?" You can get a penalty for leaving, and I already got one where I left an empty game where everyone dipped.

Anytime I mention that I'm playing Bioshock for the first time, people are always shocked at how it hasn't been spoiled for me. I think the trick to not being spoiled is to touch grass. I don't mean this in a condescending way, but if you're not online a lot to begin with, you wont be spoiled!

I've missed playing Dragon Age the Veilguard so much, that I made a new character on PC! This was my introduction to all things Dragon Age, so it holds a special place in my heart. Solas will always be a morally grey loveable asshole who has issues.🤣

I don’t even own a PSP yet, and knew I needed this because the price was going up so quickly. PlayStation is shooting themselves in the foot by going the route of not manufacturing physical copies of games anymore. Preservation and ownership of physical media is incredibly important.

I loved playing Dragon Age the Veilguard on PS5, now I get to restart my journey pm PC! I also blame @markmedina.bsky.social for me finally buying Portal 1&2. I also am so excited to start the Remnant games!! This Steam sale amazing!
