Which do you use and why? have been using MHR but running low z3 as target so not using it properly rest: 48 max: 184 MHR z2 : 110-129 It always felt a bit low and this last 60k run confirmed it HRR z2: 129-143 138 was my target and is dead centre in hrr I’m switching #running #runsky
