Rep. Raskin to Pam Bondi: "You redacted the names of abusers, enablers, accomplices, and co-conspirators — apparently to save them from embarrassment and disgrace…Even worse, you've shockingly failed to redact many of the victims' names…You ignored the law."

Does advertising really work? Everyone I know mutes TV ads when they come on. Everyone I know uses ad-blockers online. I avoid sites that say 'You can't view this site unless you turn off your ad-blocker.' And some ads are so annoying &/or repetitive that I refuse to use the product on principle.

In this 1956 portrait by Graham Sutherland, the greater portion of the canvas is filled with the novelist and music critic Edward Sackville-West's head and shoulders; the closeness magnifies the sense of familiarity between the viewer and the viewed.

Keith Vaughan was as much a painter of landscapes as he was of the figure, this 1951 painting of a Welsh industrial landscape demonstrates his early work very well. Still under the influence of Graham Sutherland, nethertheless he makes the subject his own.

It's not just the decision to give public money and public data to a sworn enemy of everything we stand for, appalling though that is. It's also the secrecy and illegal shutting out of any competition. What does Palantir have on Streeting and Starmer - and did Mandelson give it to them?
