I finally pushed a feature I have wanted to add to the site since I started working on @starterpacks.net, a quick Starter Pack editor! Now, you can quickly add a profile to one or more of your existing Starter Packs. Or, accumulate profiles as you navigate the site to create a new Starter Pack.

Some fun updates in the works for @starterpacks.net. But it looks like I need some queues setup to process all the things. And so, we code! If you haven’t yet, you can now log in to www.starterpacks.net with your Bluesky account and start exploring and following people on the site. #buildinpublic

I am curious, could anyone from @bsky.app provide some rough stats on the number of Starter Packs in the system? I am trying to figure out how far behind @starterpacks.net is after connecting to the firehose and trying to run my hacked backfill script.

Added a new explore experience to @starterpacks.net . You can now search both Starter Packs and Profiles. And, I even added a lazy Starter Pack indexer when you visit a Profile who’s Starter Packs were not picked up by the firehose. The best part, it loads so FAST!! 💨 www.starterpacks.net/search

I feel like I am finally at the point with starterpacks.net where I have all of the bones for the project, but time to start adding the real features on top. I’ll be adding to this #buildinpublic thread with all the updates if you want to follow along.
