Superheavy Block 2 and 3 will in fact have three gridfins. I extracted the mask of the renders from the 39a EIS. Can clearly see the load points now. If it was four fins, they would intersect said load points. If it was four fins at a 45, you'd see it in front of the tank.

Maybe it's time to start using this more, huh?
