Absolute capitalism is the belief that government should play no part in commerce. Absolute communism is the belief that government should have complete control of commerce. Socialism is the spectrum in between and balance is key. But, basic needs should never be exploited by capitalists for profit.

If the normalization of behavior depends on nothing more than the awareness of the behavior of others, then the biggest effect technology has had on humanity has been the normalization of all behavior due to social media.

Now that it should be painfully obvious to everyone, that we elected the most ignorant, repugnant, immoral, corrupt human being in the entire country as president, we should be reflecting on what it says about the collective moral and intellectual character of the voters.

We must abolish the electoral college and gerrymandering, publicly fund elections, automatically register voters, release every candidate's tax history, make elections a holiday, use a ranked choice voting system, provide proof of vote accuracy, and create universal term limits.
