In case anyone was wondering how our week back from vacation went: 1- #2 and I had hfm from last day 2- #1 caught it Sunday 3- #1 was up for 2 days 4- my only pair of glasses are gone so I only have my sunglasses to see until 8/12 when my new glasses come in (my eyes and astigmatism got worse too)

How is it I've gone a decade in the childcare field before I had kids and never got hfmd and on this vacation BabyToast and I get it on our last day 🙃🙃🙃

I got my first curly cut right before we started moving and never had the time to actually style my hair because we'll, we were moving. Tried to style my hair for the first time today and it looks so much better than before I had a curly cut. It really does make a difference lol

ToddlerToast got to watch his friends from his class graduate today. He's in an inclusive program that helps with his social development (as well as speech) and he won the fabulous friend award. ToddlerToast and BabyToast need new names. ToddlerToast isn't a toddler anymore and BabyToast is now 2.

I got my hopes up too high for my boys' party coming up soon. So now I need to reset them lower and hope they love it anyway. And try my best not to be too upset about it.

Maaaan my chronic fatigue has been brutal this past week. I can barely get anything done because after 15 minutes I get so dizzy and exhausted I feel like I'm going to pass out ☠️☠️☠️

Around this time 2 years ago I was admitted for induction with BabyToast for pre-eclampsia. I was constantly being monitored for it for almost 3 whole months before I finally tested positive for it. Trying to brainstorm ideas on securing an ac in here. Growing up I used to sleep on my sister's bedroom floor or my parents bedroom floor. Obviously that's not an option with the ToastTots. We have a standing portable one. We just need to seal and secure the window. Somehow.

The house we live in doesn't have central ac. It is also stucco. So it releases heat inside the house as the outside air cools at night. In the last 30 minutes I almost blacked out 2x (5x so far) This summer is going to be HELL. The high today was only apparently only 84 but my car clocked 87.

With everything going on I never shared that I finally finished April's shadow box.

BabyToast got a different antibiotic this afternoon and is starting to feel better! Still cranky and extra tired, but a little less those. Bedtime cuddles after a tubby sure did cheer him up some.

So I am a cloth diaper mama at heart and it kills me that I can't full time cloth diaper rn. HOWEVER ToddlerToast is not re-potty training how I would have liked so I'm converting my cloth diapers into pull ups to put over his underwear so he still feels wet when there's accidents

Give me strength. BabyToast has been sick for a week and STILL is sick and I am burnt out from my lil velcro baby who is 10x worse when sick.

Daily sensory deprivation time. Where I lay in a dark room with a fan on to block out most of the noise in the house. Most times it turns into me napping lol

BabyToast has learned that I keep things in my bra - especially when I don't have pockets. He has since started putting things in my bra (or trying to). Currently his cup is now in my shirt.

Pulled out my cloth diapers in an attempt to re-potty train ToddlerToast. Since he's allergic to pull ups and diapers that aren't target brand (and target hasn't had their brand pull ups since Sept) I'm hoping my cloth diapers make him feel wet enough to entice him back to the potty

Casey's food got delivered today (he has ibs so he has a perscription food) and my heart broke all over knowing April won't be bullying him out of his food and I can probably change how often his food is delivered now. That was the only time she's ever go against Casey was for his food. 😭😭😭
