Very proud of Lissa O'Reilly who successfully completed her PhD viva yesterday 😁 It's been a difficult journey, but hard work and determination won out in the end. A massive thank-you to the examiners, Lisa Leaver and Iain Barber, for providing a challenging and enjoyable experience for Lissa.

Having watched loved ones suffer horribly in the last stages of their lives, begging for an end, I am very thankful that the assisted dying bill has been passed for England and Wales. Not the first post I thought I would make on 🦋 But a positive one for the future from my perspective.
