So, apparently AI has been used in some of the updates to Megamek, and it looks to go as far back as sometime after May of last year. There is a petition out there to keep Megamek free of AI generate Code. I am signing the petition and I encourage you to as well.

I have been primering buildings, while doing so I was reminded of something. These stark ruins remind me heavily of the ruins common to WW2. We play with toy soldiers, tanks, Mech, but we must remember there is a cost to real war. Now if only a person at the top would make this realization as well.
