1/2 This #FocusFriday we're shining a spotlight on nursing assistant Festus. Festus received an education grant to study Advanced Phlebotomy at Levels 3 and 4. His motivation to work in this area stem from "a strong desire to be directly involved in improving patient experiences and outcomes”.

1/3 We had a wonderful afternoon yesterday showcasing the eight projects that were awarded funding to undertake QI projects. From enhancing accessibility and quality of care for pregnant women with an LD to tackling preventable patient safety issues, it was inspiring to see the breadth of projects.
