I genuinely don’t think I’ve looked forward to a film this much in years. In two minutes I can see nods to Carl Theodor Dreyer’s Vampyr, Herzog’s 1979 adaptation and the paintings of Casper David Fredrich. I’ve loved everything from Eggers upto now and this looks cinematically sublime

I thought I’d share with you my lettered copy of Different Seasons by Stephen King. This is a big moment for me seeing my signature next to Stephen’s, King got number 1 and I got number 2. It’s full leather bound by Blissetts of London is soft midnight blue calf. Blown away 😭💙

What a gloriously, gaudy decadent sex fest ‘Taste the Blood of Dracula’ is. Made doubly brilliant by John Carson’s ever wonderful presence and Ralph Bates’s OTT lunacy is another high point

The Fall of the House of Usher coming off the press at Nomad Letterpress is so exciting!! Set by hand in monotype. It’s a professional high point for me and @nepenthepress.bsky.social first letterpress title! Eeek
