I want to share with you all my painful process of failing to animate frumpy’s chest opening to a beating heart and why I’ll most likely choose an extended prop. I created a mesh animation for the chest so I wouldn’t have to split the chest mesh and animation the geometry.

Little update on my live 2d model, I am surprised it turned out this good took 3 hours of what I’ll call photoshopping and figuring out ways to drawl detail with limited layer ordering. So far I’d say the experiment is a success 😊
