My first Fanfest is ended, but it was absolutely worth it to see the community for FFXIV coming together for this event, the cosplays were phenomenal, the shows were fantastic, the activities were fun, the venue was great and the weather was perfect. I could not has asked for a better first time.

Finished Storm of Iron the other day and I think that while it's definitely one of the must reads if you are an Iron Warriors fan, it's also somewhat of a time capsule into older #Warhammer40k lore. Now I go back to modern 40k with Harrowmaster by Mike Brooks

Finished Steel Tread and Demolisher by Andy Clark this month. Can recommend if you love a good 40k tank story but they definitely had some Fury vibes too which is funny to say about a Warhammer story

Just tallied up all the books I read last year, I set out to read at least 20 books in 2025, managed to get through 18 however since Omnibuses have multiple novels I'll say each one of those counts for several books 😜 Reading was the thing that actually got me back to enjoying 40k again
