Q: How high above the 2K limit can we go? Or is 2K the max limit so it HAS to be below that? A: We’ll allow contributors to submit samples that are up to 200 words over our 2k limit!

Q: really want to participate, but i am good only in traditional art. i see the artist application and am eyeballing it but i dunno how good quality my photos of my drawings would be if i were to apply. how should i go about this? (1/2)

Q: When’s a rough estimate of when we’ll hear abt whether or not we get accepted to the zine? A: We’ll hopefully get confirmation and rejection emails out from March 8th-15th!

Q: How will the zine work in terms of contributors? A: If all goes as planned, contributors will be given from March 8th-October 5th to work in their pieces. Within that timeframe they will have smaller deadlines with specific goals they must adhere by (1/2)

Q: Are we allowed to make more than one piece?/could we make a mini comic or only a big, full-render piece? A: Contributors will be allowed to submit two pieces! Artists are welcome to choose between making two pieces or a two page mini comic.

Last but not least, meet our junior writing mod, borsh! BIO: I’m Borsh, long standing Voltron fan and newly minted zine enjoyer! When I’m not being a normal functioning Uni student, I’m drawing fanart and reading fanfics!

Introducing our writing mod, Cyrus! BIO: Cyrus is an American student and writer who spends most his time creating. His favorite Voltron character is Keith!

Introducing our art mod, Pinkconstellations! BIO: I’ve been a fan of Voltron since it aired, and the interest has fully taken back over. I love creating new content for shows that ended years ago, and I’m so glad there’s other people that do too!

Introducing our graphics mod, xochitai! BIO: I’m Quill, more commonly known as Xochitai. Despite everything, I still have a soft spot for VLD and am very excited to help bring this project to life!

Q: I can’t recall if I already submitted a mod app, but my experience has changed since then. If I submitted an updated version, would the non-updated version be thrown out? A: Yes it would! (1/2)

Q: Why are Shaladin ships not allowed? Keith, Hunk, and Lance are/become adults in the canon show. Keith is 19, Hunk is 18, and Lance turns 18 somewhere halfway through the show. Plus, there are very few people who actually genuinely ship Shiro and what’shisname Curtis. (1/6)
