On Thursday 31 of July the MOVIE group together with collaborating scientists departed from Reykjavik aboard the R/V Pelagia @niozsearesearch.bsky.social to kick off the NEREIDES expedition.

In just a few weeks, the MOVIE group sets sail on a 1-month research cruise aboard the R/V Pelagia in the Atlantic Ocean! Our equipment is packed and shipped, and the count down has officially begun as we get ready to join the NEREIDES cruise. Stay tuned for updates ⛴️ 🌊🦠
