How are AI technologies shaping pay in the UK? New research, co-authored by Dr Magdalena Soffia, Associate Head of Social Research at IFOW, provides the first nationally representative evidence on how AI is affecting employee pay across skill levels and the country.

Alumni Advice: Software Engineer Adi Singhal graduated in 2022 with a CS/DS major and now works on agentic AI at Amazon. His advice? Sit in the first row. Professors get to know you better, you ask more questions, and the cascading effects extend far beyond that single class.
