All I am asking people is to try it. See what it's about, mull it over, make a start, and no matter how long you do it for, it's always a fresh start. Every day is a new beginning. Every experience is a new one. Reason over feelings. Logic over habit. Don't be afraid to be wrong.

One of my conundrums is cutting through the noise. The thing I teach, Alexander Technique, only works on people who are ready to learn, to embrace change, to take a hard look at themselves and their habits. Someone just asked me why they couldn't binge-watch my course. That's the point, I said.

Sadly nothing to do with our Alexander Technique but perhaps they could illustrate a new guide for us?

I did a "long exposure" with my iPhone by taking 30 photographs resting on a rock and calculating the 'mean' (average) image in Photoshop. It's pretty cool as the alternative is an SLR, tripod and an 8x ND filter to stop down the daylight. #photography #catskills
