I wonder how Elon is reacting to being named in the Epstein files. I’m sure he’s taking it well.

Went to see Caught Stealing this afternoon - very enjoyable. First. Aaronofsky film I’ve walked out of smiling rather than wanting to get a bottle of Valium.

Spent a few hours in work today, stopped off at Lush on the way home. Got chatting to the sales assistant who had tattoos of the covers of In Utero and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. I told her she had great taste…she told me she was 21. Music belongs to all, and I love it.

On Sunday I spent 25 minutes watching a film called Taxi. I was prepared to enjoy it as a silly buddy cop movie, but a parrot died and I switched off.

Got to speak to the wife of the gentleman who collapsed with a heart attack in the gym last week today. Good news - he’s out of ICU and in the cardiac ward. This has been in my head all week, and I’m really glad he’s recovering.

Had a really bizarre dream last night where someone I’ve not seen or spoken to for 15 years made an appearance. I’m now wondering if this means I’m going to get an email in the near future, although there is no logic to this. Brrrr.

A kestrel got trapped in the local shopping centre, and it was apparently revived with water and a Krispy Kreme. I am now wondering if Mr B ever wanted a Krispy Kreme….

Went to bed at 10pm last night, intending to read for 20 minutes. At 11.50pm I’d finished my book and thought I should go to sleep. I haven’t done that for years.

Heh. I’ve lived in London for 14 years, never had any issues. I lived in Exeter for 3 years in the early 2000s and got followed twice, plus two friends of mine were nearly mugged.

Trump has no way out of the Epstein problem; he can either continue to stonewall, which makes him look guilty, or he can release everything, which may make him look even guiltier.
