A Vulture In Therapy I always felt uncomfortable looking myself in the mirror or in photos. I don't take selfies, or at least I didn't. Something changed since then. Maybe I just needed to give myself permission to be hideous before I could be happy. Somehow I still look the same in my own eyes.
