The current builds that I've been working on for Cycle and the Urban Demons mod are now on USB. I still have several files related to both projects that need to be transferred however. So my work is far from done.

I spent most of the day either asleep or playing Final Fantasy IV, so I only restarted transferring files relatively recently. My apologies for the delay on this.

I'm playing Final Fantasy IV for the first time and I knew ahead of time that Cecil was a bad person in his past, I mean he's literally a dark knight and everything, but the game opening with him murdering a group of innocent civilians has really thrown me for a loop

I'm done transferring files for today, I still got plenty more to transfer, but I don't want to overwork the laptop. I'll continue my efforts tomorrow.

A new laptop has been acquired, but it will take some time before I actually have it in hand, so work on my projects will still be done at a minimum, even more so since I need to stay transferring files off the old laptop into USB Apologies for continuing to bother you all with the woes of my life

Can someone legitimately explain to me why replacing the brittle casing and cleaning the fan of my old laptop for upwards of $150 is a worse option than buying a new laptop for double, triple, or quadruple the price?

I currently have my eyes set on getting a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3X, can someone give me some insights on if this would be a good purchase? Reviews say it's good, but I would like to hear some opinions on it from an Average Joe rather than only from professional reviewers.

I must now be very careful when using my laptop because it is now saying that there are issues with the cooling fan whenever it is booted up. So I must only use it in quick bursts. And yes, I am using this post to confirm that I have been working on Cycle and the Urban Demons mod in the background.
