We’re now hearing from Sam Rodger, Assistant Director of Policy and Strategy at the NHS Race and Health Observatory. Sam's experience spans NHS England, the GMC, the Department of Health and Social Care, and Arts Council England, where he has worked to make systems more equitable and inclusive.
