this is, however, the one thing not quatifiable and billable in the whole dr/pt encounter. there is $$ value in spending actual time with patients. bill some imaging, confirm an ICD code, bill the diagnosis until healthcare reprioritises billing, there wont be financial scope to actually talk.

Double-Guide-Wire broken nail extraction technique insert 2.5mm ball-tip guidewire all the way, then insert a second 2.2mm smooth wire, also exiting the distal nail draw back on the ball-tip wire and the ball wedges against the nail cannulation - allowing you to back-slap it out #orthosky
