Does the concept of diaper training imply there are multiple levels to it? Like if you complete basic diaper training, are you a grunt? But if you go through extensive training, could you eventually become a Tier 1 diaper operator?

One more thing I'll add to this, I also love the thought of older toddlers in diapers being much more behaved when getting changed. They've been around the block (changing table), they know the drill. They also know the quicker you get changed, the quicker you go back to playing!

Thinking of a scenario where an older toddler (3 or 4 years old) is still in diapers playing with 1 or 2 year olds. The kiddos don't think much of it while playing, but some of the parents watching can't help but think about the older fella's lack of potty training.
