Hey random #tattoo people on the intertubes, how long should someone wait after a tattoo to start working out again? What's your source for that? I've heard anything from "a couple of days" to "6 weeks". I got that forearm/bicep piece, and I'm trying to figure out when I can restart upper body.

I particularly like my new #tattoo today. Why, you ask? Because it's a peeling.

I'm on the hunt for a tattoo artist for my next tattoo. I have an idea I want to refine. I'm thinking celtic knotwork w/ blue lines - been demoing it on my my modded MMO char a few months. Need to get an artist who can make it not clash with my first tattoo. Anyone have Chicago-area suggestions?

Yes, I'm still around. The past year's been tough, on top of -hand wavy- all the everything. My body is starting to cooperate and let me get back to the gym. And this morning, as I got home from the gym, a thing I forgot I'd ordered arrived. And I like how it looks and feels.
