So in @aitum.tv's Discord, where we handle support for both the paid product and the free plugins, we've tried several revisions of idiot proofing the support flow. Does anyone tech or customer support have ANY tips? People just ask for help everywhere except the place we want them to...

I only had a brief time to meet Fahmi, but that time left an everlasting mark on me. He was the type of person that no matter how much time you got to talk to them, it was never enough in the end. Similarly with the experiences shared via his games & vision. Absolutely deserving of this award.
