Today I was reflecting on how many people I knew growing up or friends as a teenager/in my 20's who are neurodivergent. I struggled to think of many people who aren't. At the time we didn't know why we understood each other so well. It would only be years later when things would finally make sense.

The job hunt in 2024, it's tough isn't it? Today I received the latest in a long line of rejections, I was told my application was "strong" but not "great" with no indication of how to be great. And due to a high volume of applications they were unable to provide further feedback.
