Made Burmese steak kebat. Was missing fresh mint, but overall turned out well. I’ll need to cut the steak a bit thinner next time.

Made Burmese chicken dal curry. It’s pretty good for a first attempt. I feel it’s lacking some depth so next time I’ll add in Thai chilis and some lime juice. The split peas were also over cooked when I boiled them separately. I’ll try to add it in directly halfway through.
