In UK paracetamol (Tylenol) is readily available. Outside of prescriptions it is only sold in packs of 16 tabs. This is a safety measure to prevent accidental or deliberate overdoses it has nothing to do with autism. Autism is not a disease, its a general term covering many learning difficulties.
