Ghost of Yotei is hitting that “brain to brrrrrr” vibes after Silksong and Hades II and is some much needed chill vibes before going back to Silent Hill f. Ironically I put 90 hours into Tsushima and I think it’s a solid 7.5/10 so maybe I’m just a sucker for Sucker Punch.

As someone who wasn’t a big fan of the first Hades and loved to troll about it, I regret to inform myself that Hades II does indeed have the sauce.

Silksong has that feeling of Elden Ring launch of just everyone discovering crazy shit on their own and frankly we need more of those vibes in gaming.

It’s so cool to have a game come out, no reviews, everyone playing at the same time figuring shit out. It’s one of the few times the gaming masses gets something like this, and I’m glad it’s paying off for everyone. Well except Hell is Us and Cronos cause RIP to them.

Clair Obscur takes turn based combat from a hard pass to “I’ll keep playing on easy because everything else is incredible” and I guess that’s telling for how good it is. I’m not sure I see it being the mind blowing RPG so many do, as it’s a culmination of so many others in the genre.
