Starting Peril on Gorgon at 5am last night was a great idea actually. All I've been thinking about is the whole arm fiasco and naturally making it about Sterling because I'm still undecided on how he lost his arm, so it's all really funny.

I don't actually know why I'm yelling all this Sterling stuff on here, OC dev is usually kept to my private Discord server, but uhhhh I guess he can't be contained. And also his channel is a mess already. I had a legitimate existential crisis in there.

Now I'm thinking if Sterling might've had other relationships from his colony-hopping lifestyle. Who wouldn't be interested in a handsome, young, Earth Directorate agent? But then even friendships are rare for him since he sees them as nothing more than distractions, so... maybe not?

For as bad as TOW2 was, there is a LOT of things I'm missing now I'm replaying TOW1 again. Lack of combat slide got me crouching in the middle of the street, no minimap makes it harder to loot bodies, suddenly there's carry weight and gear maintenance, no food button for easy healing...

Realised Sterling is probably a lot more older than he lets on what with jumping around the colonies and all that and being in stasis for those journeys, and like, maybe that's why he has grey hair? Dunno if it makes sense, but I'm making it make sense to me.

Y'know I still don't know what the canonical choice should be for Fox and Edgewater. Both times I've sided with the deserters but idk something still doesn't sit right with that? Very much feels like a me decision rather than one Fox made.

Mostly thinking in my frantic insomnia of what if Sterling finally responded to Halcyon after the shit in Arcadia is dealt with and I genuinely do not know if he and Fox are even remotely compatible. Both stupid in their own way.
