I follow a feed for personal knowledge management posts, and most of them are from productivity gurus nowadays. Most of them post about how AI is "enhancing" their PKM practices too.

This simple Obsidian plugin I'm using is apparently using React for its view. Now I'm no plugin developer, but I don't reckon a panel in my sidebar for displaying all of my vault's unresolved links requires React.

Was hanging out with a friend and decided to doodle a little mockup fursona for him since he didn't have one. He's a goat, and inspired by Ralsei and Asriel from Undertale/Deltarune, but maybe his design will change a bit more with time.

Bluesky can't seem to let me view images on my phone anymore without it sending me back up to the top of the feed after exiting. It only happens when I click to hide the UI, zoom in, etc. If I just leave the UI there and exit it's fine, but it really sucks to deal with when I just wanna look at art.

I had well over 100 notes before I ever even really started linking things together. And even then, that was just linking to broader "category" notes; use Obsidian how you want. Don't feel pressured to link for the sake of linking :3

I agree with the sentiment here that many of these "learning" apps, Duolingo in this case, are not actually all that useful for learning. These apps get you addicted to the feeling of progress and learning, all with the goal of keeping you on the platform and turning a profit.

I'm approaching 1,000 notes in my Obsidian vault, and there's a good chance I'll get there by the end of March. Once I post my quarterly graph, I should probably make plans to audit my vault and remove less useful information.

@ente.io just launched a new product called Ensu, a local LLM app. I wasn't really expecting them to go in the direction of generative AI, but I guess it makes a bit of sense since machine learning exists in Ente Photos to make search better.

He gets a lot more attention than I do, but shoutout to @cyanvoxel.com and his awesome videos on Obsidian for helping me kickstart my roughly 1.6 years of using it so far.

It seems we might get editing Markdown files in Obsidian without creating a vault in the future. In my opinion, vault-less editing should be really simple and straightforward; if theming is needed, maybe having some separate config for that might work?

Trying out @fluxer.app rn. It honestly looks pretty solid for a Discord alternative, and once some of the stability issues are fixed due to the influx of new users and whatnot, I could see myself using this (if any of my Discord friends actually want to migrate over, that is)

I wish more games did as much to make me like their characters as Undertale/Deltarune and Team Fortress 2 have. There's probably other games I've played with really compelling characters too, but holy hell these games might be forever enjoyed by me simply because I love the characters.
