shoutout to one of my besties who deleted all but necessary apps from her phone, cancelled all her subscriptions, went back to using an mp3-player and now only browses internet on her laptop, for inspiring me— I'm not ready to go quite as hard as she did but man am I impressed and proud of her!

I've also been taking small steps away from everything being in a non-permanent digital form and have been trying to collect more physical media, like CD's and blu-rays! I'm just over everything online (and offline) getting worse and worse and I wanna go back to the basics and get some distance

with all the talk about leaving xitter: people really should learn how to distance themselves from the constant need to scroll endlessly for the hopes of a dopamine boost, and I don't mean just with xitter but with other social media as well. deleting tiktok and x were the best choices I've made!
