Saw an old insta story from 2025 I was so unhappy with my body here. I’ve always had weight problems but 2025, knowing that I was a few short years away from 40 got me wanting to get into shape, again.

Finally tested negative for Covid. Decided I’d be smart and try a run to see how I’d get on. Managed 15 minutes before my lungs felt like they were on actual fire. 0/10 don’t recommend

Late upper body and cardio session tonight. Decided to split cardio and do half treadmill and half jog home instead of only doing treadmill like always. I jogged home. First street running in years. Only 15minutes. But it’s a start. I’ll take all the praise now please. Thnx.

Days like today that I wake up and feel a bit Meh hot physically and mentally I look back at the state of myself in January 2025. I was incredibly overweight, very depressed and comfort ate like no one’s business. Still a long way to go but I’m fucking proud of what I’ve done so far.
