Can't believe it's been 2 years already since I got to witness one of our universe's most incredible sights. My photo isn't as good as everyone else's (I of course botched the camera settings lol) but I'm glad I got to see the 2024 Great North American Total Solar Eclipse with my own eyes.

this temperature map would be unusual albeit not that wild on a typical mid-March afternoon...but this was at midnight 76°F in Raleigh, 80°F in DC,...at MIDNIGHT. in MARCH! MIDNIGHT!!!!!! this is seen in late July, not March! and ~12 hours from now these temps will be 30+°F lower #ncwx #vawx #mdwx

easily the warmest temps i've ever experienced this early in the year in NC also just ate at a restaurant which was inundated with water last year due to Chantal, and only recently reopened
