Thrilled the next expac will likely have a lot of icy/snowy areas. That will make for great gposing material for book 2. Using Ishgard/Garlemald as the stand-in for the Blindfrost has been getting stale. Also, fanfest has reinvigorated me and I will try my hardest to get back to book 2!

Feels like 90% of the people complaining about Evolved mode just selectively forgot that you literally don’t have to play it. Outside of role action consolidation, wasn’t the whole point of Reborn mode to be unchanged???

Evolved is just gonna make one-way 1-2-3 combos (like RPRs) into one button and probably redesign nonstandard 1-2-3s (like SAM) to basically “auto combo” out of two. I bet that’s really it. It’ll have some fancy new names for things and maybe new animations but they all lead to the same thing, I bet

Eiserne will FINALLY have the right hair color in vanilla!

Reminded that Blood Rage in God Eater 2 has to be one of the best power fantasy mechanics in gaming. You get it like 2/3 of the way through the game, it’s tough to activate, but when you do the fucking theme song kicks in and you are insanely strong for like 11 seconds and its the hypest shit ever.
