Raspberry chocolate mousse with a twist. Only two eggs instead of three, so less body. Kept some raspberries back and mashed them for a topping. Raspberries blended with other ingredients can get lost, v chocolate, so a topping really gives it a hit! and a coffee. 😍

I am glad Joe Flacco has a ring coz those dropped catches must test his patience something else.
