I'm really want to get back to a regular habit of writing. So, pause on the novel(s), I've always gotten more done with my screenplays and pilots. Back to a pilot in fact. A page a day would be great. Page one, draft one, FLESHEATERS, done.

Worked on two of my pilots today. Still work on the second to do, but want to start tomorrow with that. also worked on a bit of work that's anxiety inducing, but had to be done - in fact, it's overdue really have more anxiety inducing work to consider upon getting home small steps

Reworking my pilot B.E.Sherlock - Someone finally did it, they biologically engineered Sherlock Holmes, and his first case will be finding the killer of the scientist who engineered him. Sci-fi mystery, polishing the mystery vs the internal conflict vs revealing the world.

I must be getting tired, I'm lacking for a sarcastic comment for a character to make.

I need to reassess my coping mechanisms for depression. Either need some new ones or reconnect with my writing habits. optimally sooner rather than later

Right, I know I wrote a better ending for this pilot. No idea when, or apparently which draft (it wasn't the last one). Sigh. Guess it's the work of rewriting at it again.

In the "admitting my own mistakes" dept - Since COVID my writing habits have deteriorated. In the last month they've ceased altogether. As my writing has greatly helped my mental health (depression/anxiety) I find this very detrimental.

I’ve replayed Borderlands 2 a number of times now, and it’s to their credit that there are a number who f maps where I haven’t found all of the Cult of the Vault signs yet. It’s also to my credit that I haven’t looked up the answers online yet

I had an outline for a feature. Even hammered it out with solid research interview/coffee connections. Never wrote it, been off writing for some time now. Now I have a new idea for this script; needs another interview. Pretty sure it could happen. But do I have the focus to complete the script?
