Last night I was at a comedy fundraiser for my local Amnesty group. It's so wonderful that places like The Stand in Edinburgh will open their doors to events like this and be so welcoming - and that comedians will so generously donate their time.

Once upon a time Friday nights were party nights. These days I spend them on the sofa with a squeaky rubber duck. #noregrets
