✨ In 'CRediTs for Students', we developed empirically informed materials – such as a supervision agreement and authorship guidelines – for students and supervisors to foster the transparent and systematic recognition of students' contributions to science. osf.io/tygsp/

Among other things, we developed an 🚦Authorship Guideline and a 📝Supervision Agreement to support student authorship and spark early conversations about credit and contributions! And we're currently evaluating the impact that these tools had at our department. 📊
