a few days ago i supremely fucked up my back by twisting the wrong way in my sleep. constant up & down pain/discomfort, have to wear a back brace at work, p much no sleep because laying in one position for too long makes it hurt! i feel it’s slowly improving but it’s still kind of hellish. tips? 8’)
