Last night, my wings got wrecked. @thetailcompany.bsky.social did a fantastic job of these electro-mechanical beauties, but at #nfc2026, there’s a culture of shoving wings and tails out of the way rather than being careful. My servo is broken, as are my straps. I can’t wear them now. Sad.

Literally everything about fursuit making takes about 10 times as long as you think. Consequently, I will be making the feet stripes symmetrical. Send help.

I went to bed really early and slept a really long time, so I decided to take my frustration out with a knife on some foam pads. Coincidentally, I’ve hacked them into the correct shape for feet bases. Huh, neat.
