I asked my husband why he added a rape whistle to his keychain. He said “what?”… me: the whistle on your keychain. He says: it’s an ICE whistle. My reply: do you think I’ve been carrying a whistle for the last 20 years for ICE?

This day started with a couple of meetings and a trip to Santa Monica. Next fell 4 times really sprained my ankle. Now spending the night going through all the stroke protocols. So far so good.

I woke up at 2 something with what I thought was one thing…that I was dehydrated or something. Turns out that migraines evolve. I’m just coming to.
