I was lucky enough to get my first Covid vaccine at the end of 2020. They were doing the first round among elderly folks and I was working at a pharmacy that had thawed doses that were going to go to waste so employees were allowed to get their first dose. I was proud of that.

My concern about lowering the voting age is how many kids will just vote the way their parents do? It could take voting power away from people who choose not to have children, which I would imagine includes many LGBT+ folks.
