What my 10 yo boy (pre-puberty) ate in a day this week:
Breakfast: bowl of bran flakes with skim milk
Lunch: 4 slices of turkey, many pieces of broccoli, several pita chips
Snack: many veggie sticks
Dinner: chicken thigh, 1/2 c. of rice, many peas, skim milk
Dessert: vanilla ice cream cone
