retrospective study unit-spec combo-abxgram guided vs patient-spec risk factor. both provided hi appropriateness in emp abx selection. Patient-specrisk factor–based approach demonstrated a higher rate of appropriate therapy and offered advantages in reducing unnecessary combination therapy
