We love the sensitive, yet forceful, rendering of the protagonist in the piece, someone torn between remembering and its horror, and the perils of forgetting and what that entails. And yes, add to that some poetry too.

Isn’t it odd that in loss, we feel proliferation… of grief? Nandini’s #horror story accounts for such loss with the powerful symbol of finding the absent person everywhere, so that an easy domesticity becomes transformed into confinement. Read this one in the present.
