Today I took the bus to get around. Here are some of the things I saw.

I like my system of progression with lifts, where I increase the amount of reps I do each time, up until 3x8 reps. After doing 3x8, I then increase the weight and drop reps again. It makes doing 3x8 of a lift feel like a bossfight / test of sorts. I get to be "doing my 3x8s".
