i woke up this morning at like 6am dealing with a fit of akathisia which i have Not dealt with since i was on seroquel years ago but it has passed and i am normal now. i think today i will go looking for birds at a nature preserve... it is going to be a good day

should have had this figured out a long time ago and i suppose i can just look this up but when it comes to writing alt text what is the best level of detail to write. is it better to be as detailed as possible or should the description be bare bones. i want to get this RIGHT i dont wanna mess it up
