When someone says “you’re going to lose half your fan base” when you say something political, they’re essentially telling you that they value monetary gain over a sense of ethics. Maybe not the best kind of people to surround yourself with.

I understand Snow White flopped. Not suprising when you’re remaking a 90 year old film where the protagonist is only so due to being “the fairest of them all”. Read: the palest/whitest. It’d be really swell if we could leave the 1930’s where they were instead of trying to recreate them.
