When you bake pistachio and plum bars spotted on @nigella.bsky.social Cook Book Corner and they’re so good you end up having a since for breakfast. (That’s Greek yogurt not cream!)

Behold today’s tomato harvest. I have one tub of plants!! Fortunately I’m making @nigella.bsky.social moon blush tomatoes and tomorrow morning I’ll move them onto baking parchment and open freeze them. Later they’ll be stashed in the freezer for winter salads and pasta sauce. Try it!!

So #Johnlewispartnership failed to deliver a click and collect item and when I complained to Customer Service they refused to discuss the how to compensate me for their mistake until ‘the matter is resolved’. Only once I’ve got the item will they engage. I give up.
